Caorle for You (english version)

• Rates are for 2 persons per day with breakfast.
• The double for single use rate is minus 20% of the standard rate.
• Touristic tax not included. Euro 1,0 a day for person (max for 7 consecutive days).
• A room is reserved only after the receipt of a deposit by money order equal to ¼ of the total cost and will not be refunded in case of cancellation of booking (Summertime period May/September and festivities).
• If the guest cancels less than 1 month before the date of the arrival the deposit will be not refunded.
• Rooms are available from 13.00 and must be left before 10.00.
• The house is no smoking area. To any infringement we will charge Euro 200,00 for the cleaning of the furnishing.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Towels and bed linen included.
• Linen will be changed every three days. We ask you kindly lo leave on the floor only the towels that really need to be changed.
• Please turn the light off and any other device when you are not in the room.
• Please deposit your waste in the proper container for separate waste collection.
• Payment with cash (max 999,00 Euro), Visa and Mastercard.

Parking

• From 1st October to 31rst of March: Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed).
• From 1st April to 30th September: Free private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed).

The beach service starts on May 1rst.
